Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box for identification.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our pharmacy warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
